I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location here is absolutely unbeatable, right at the base of Aspen's famous ski-area and amidst the chic shopping area in the bustling downtown. It couldn't have been more convenient for me to explore the town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the friendly and attentive front desk clerk to the helpful doormen and attentive waiters, every employee went above and beyond to make my stay here truly memorable.
With its perfect location, attentive staff, and impressive facilities, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, offering excellent service and a friendly attitude. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the slopes, shopping, and dining. We loved the happy hours at the hotel, with great deals and a relaxed atmosphere. the outdoor amenities like the hot tub and outdoor fires provided a cozy and pampered feeling.
There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The first room we were assigned had a musty smell and mold in the shower, which the staff did not address even after we reported it.

Great decor, comfortable room, convenient location close to ski lift and restaurants. the hotel offers free bikes and yoga sessions, which were a nice touch. the rooftop hot tub was a highlight, giving us a great view of the city lights at night.
The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, which limits the options for dining and enjoying drinks without leaving the hotel. the room was on the small side, making it feel slightly cramped for two people.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as trekkers and a group of friends. We were able to rent a car and explore the surrounding areas easily, as everything was within walking distance. And being right off the ski slope was a dream come true. the hotel was situated right beside the ski lift, allowing us to easily hit the slopes every day. Plus, it was very close to the Gondola that took us to Aspen mountain, offering breathtaking views.
The wine and cheese reception at the hotel was a bit disappointing. the quality of the wine provided was poor, and the food selection was minimal.
